Senior Instructor Requirement

At Notes Studio of Performing Arts, we believe that being a great musician is only half of the equation; being a great educator is the other.

Our teaching team is built with care. We welcome only a small number of new educators each year, selecting teachers for their musicianship, teaching experience and ability to inspire and support every student.

Our educators are carefully selected based on Elite Faculty Standard including their musicianship, teaching experience and ability to guide and inspire students:

Professional Musicianship
Our educators bring strong musical backgrounds, with many having professional performance, stage or studio experience.

Teaching Experience
Our educators have a minimum of five years of teaching experience, bringing practical knowledge and experience to every lesson.

Experienced Exam Guidance
Our educators have experience preparing students for graded examinations and are familiar with ABRSM and Trinity College London syllabi and requirements.

Continuous Development
Our educators take part in regular internal workshops to strengthen their teaching methods, share experience and stay up to date with developments in music education and examination requirements.
