Senior Instructor Requirement

At Notes Studio of Performing Arts, we believe that being a great musician is only half of the equation; being a great educator is the other. Unlike many music centers, we do not employ fresh graduates or part-time hobbyists.

We receive hundreds of applications, but only the top 5% join our team. At Notes Studio of Performing Arts, we uphold a standard of excellence that is unmatched in Kuala Lumpur: Every instructor at our Solaris Mont Kiara studio must meet our Elite Faculty Criteria:

Performance Excellence: Must be an active, world-class performer with professional stage or studio experience.

Proven Pedagogy: A minimum of 5 years of professional teaching experience is a mandatory prerequisite.

Certified Expertise: Specialists in international examination boards, including ABRSM (UK) and Trinity College London.
